I get being busy. I am a mom of 4 boys, a wife, I work part-time and I volunteer in my community. When my boys were young, I got lost in being a mom and a wife. Exercise became an outlet for me to de-stress, connect with other women and a time to hear myself think. It became my sacred space for me to find myself again. 

I could start to see the physical changes in my body and feel the mental transformation happening as I consistently made time for me. 
A new workout or meal plan wasn't enough for me.
It wasn't until I was able to layer in the right mix of strength training, nutrition and mindfulness that I truly embraced what it meant to take care of myself. I was able to fall in LOVE with fitness and health. I felt renewed. 

And that's when the true results came. The lifelong change. The strong body I desired and the positive mindset to achieve my goals.

It was such a dramatic change for me that I became passionate about helping others do the same.

frequently asked questions
What if I'm not able to do some of the workout moves?
In the video for each workout I provide modifications for each move so that you can participate at the level you need.
What if I can't make the group calls?
All the calls will be recorded and you can watch on your own time. In addition, you are welcome to ask questions in the Facebook Group at any time.
I have some dietary restrictions. Will this plan work for me?
This plan is designed for everyone, the framework will keep you on track and energized. Food substitutions or eliminations will not change your results.
