My name is Jess McCurdy, I am a mom of 4 boys, a wife and lover of the outdoors.

I live in Park City, Utah where I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor and health coach. Health and wellness became a passion of mine after the birth of my oldest son when I struggled with postpartum depression.

Time outside, moving my body and connecting with other women became my saving grace and medicine. I realized the importance of taking time for myself, loving myself to become healthy and strong.

Now I inspire other women through fitness, yoga, connection, and outdoor experiences to do the same for themselves.

Take the time to love yourself, connect, and renew in the beautiful serene mountains outside of Park City, Utah.

Space is limited, don't wait!

"I decided to buy a ticket for myself and a good friend to head out to Peaks and Poses with Jess McCurdy and it was an absolutely beautiful morning well spent. From hiking through a beautiful landscape, to yoga in the pavilion, and then followed up by an amazing lunch, my soul was fed and my mind was cleared. Grab your bestie and head to the mountains, you won’t regret it!"
